Egg less Cookie Dough

Posted by: Kerrigan on: December 2, 2013

So I have a huge sweet tooth. If its sweet, its gone at my house. When Christmas is just around the corner, we get tubs of cookie dough. Naturally I eat it raw, ending up in a stomachache that was well worth the taste. This year I didn’t want a stomachache that comes after the greatness of the raw cookie dough. I found a recipe for egg less cookie dough that is just as good, and takes less than 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup halfway melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix together the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk in a mixer. Mix in the flour well. mix in chocolate chip. Chill. Eat, and enjoy.

Notes:

This recipe does not need to be chilled. The only difference is chilled cookie dough’s texture is not as grainy.
